        PLANTA CENTRO BACOLOD HOTEL & RESIDENCES is an expansion project owned by Southern Fishing Venture Co. a corporation duly registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Environmental and Natural Resources and the City of Bacolod.

PLANTA CENTRO BACOLOD HOTEL & RESIDENCES is strategically located at the heart of Bacolod City’s business and financial district block of Araneta, Roxas and Osmeña Street. It is approximately 3 kilometers east from the inter-island seaport. Shopping, dinning and commercial centers are just around the corner.
